1. Scope of Services

We provide corporate tax and compliance consulting services, informational products, and physical goods as described on our site. Services include advisory, reporting support, and compliance management. Informational products include digital courses, guides, and templates. Goods include printed guides and related materials.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter agreements.

3. Ordering and Formation of Agreement

Services and products are ordered via our site. A valid order is formed when we confirm acceptance by email.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are as stated at the time of order. Payments are due in full prior to delivery or commencement of services. We accept major methods as noted at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund of fees for consulting services within 7 days of engagement commencement if no deliverables have been provided. All requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

After deliverables have been provided, fees are non-refundable due to the specialized nature of consulting. However, service transfer is possible. Clients may nominate an alternate party within 30 days of request, subject to our approval. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

5.2 Informational Products

Digital courses and guides may be refunded within 14 days of delivery, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests must be sent to our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. No refunds will be made after access thresholds are exceeded.

5.3 Physical Goods

Printed guides and materials may be shipped back for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in resalable condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the wrong item was supplied. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the shipped item.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updates on our site. Continued use indicates acceptance of the changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TaxBestGroup shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service or product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with local rules.
